Garden of Light is a charity-led installation created in support of William Harvey Hospital, designed to uplift and inspire through an immersive, sensory experience. Commissioned by Pixel Artworks, the project aimed to transform a public space into something truly magical — blending technology, creativity, and purpose.

Visual Impact Productions were brought on board to support with content creation and technical integration. Our team developed and delivered key interactive elements using Notch, a real-time visual effects platform, ensuring seamless interaction and fluid responsiveness across the installation.
Spanning across walls and floors, the installation features three core components: an interactive garden floor that lights up with movement, a calming interactive waterfall that responds to presence, and a transformational wall that evolves from winter to summer, centred around a mesmerising nebula tree that visually shifts with the seasons.

This project showcases how real-time technology and thoughtful design can be combined to create impactful, emotionally resonant experiences — all in aid of a meaningful cause.
