What we collect

When you send a brief or a message, we receive the details you enter in the form. If you email or call us, we receive your contact details and whatever you share.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Project films play from this site itself, not from YouTube or another video service.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across other sites. It tells us which pages are read, not who read them.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, talk about your project and, if we work together, to deliver it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you have sent us, or taking steps to enter a contract at your request.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as we need them for the work, and for accounting and legal purposes.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Form submissions are passed to our email by Web3Forms, a form delivery service. We don't share your information with anyone else unless you ask us to, for example by bringing in a partner for your project.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Ask us through the contact form or by phone and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
